I have always viewed counselling as a therapeutic space for my clients to explore, process, accept and change their personal issues and circumstances. In an age when many rarely have time to stop and ground themselves, counselling promotes mindfulness and provides a safe space which allows you to work through difficulties. I aim to support you through this process of growth and development whilst providing you with a safe, empathic and autonomous space to explore.
Life can be unpredictable and challenging, and our core beliefs and values play a huge part in how we respond and manage these twists and turns. I aim to assist you in exploring your past and present, and understanding how your experiences may have contributed to the person you are today and who you might want to be. During this process, I hope to support you to uncover ways in which you feel comfortable to manage the most difficult parts of your life.
I am an integrative counsellor and registered as a member with the BACP. I have 7 years experience working one-to-one with adolescents and families, with an interest in mental health.
