Life can often feel overwhelming, particularly if you are experiencing change such as suffering from the loss of a loved one, career uncertainty, the break up of a relationship or dealing with the mounting pressures that can get thrown our way. Often this means we reach breaking point and can get stuck, unable to find the way out. But you don't have to do it alone, as it is my aim to provide you with a safe environment in which you can be listened to and understood, enabling us to find a path forward together, suiting your individual needs.
It is my belief that within us lies the answers to which we seek and it is my job to help you find your way, empowering you to trust and really listen to yourself, with a professional at your side.
I started my counsellor training in 2013 and I am currently studying for an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychology at the University of Roehampton. BACP registered, I have experience of working alongside people with a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, self-harm and suicidal tendencies. I understand that it is easy to get stuck in a cycle of negative thinking and the way out can seem far out of reach.
I have worked previously with young people and adults on a one to one basis and I am passionate about aiding people through the difficulties life can present, empowering them to trust and really listen to themselves in a safe, reflective environment.
