As a qualified counsellor, I am trained to help support you in developing an understanding of who you are and your place in the world; and to help you break free from whatever is holding you back. I’ll provide the tools to help you work toward positive changes.
My counselling is effective and confidential. I offer short or long-term counselling, from an integrative framework, which means I am able to draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy and adapt my approach in a way that best meets your needs. I am also a trained mindfulness practitioner and Life Coach, and can incorporate these practices with your therapy. As well as individuals, couples, families and adolescents I work with schools and employers, which gives me a rounded and coherent view of the world. I have therapy rooms in Bromley, Canary Wharf, Central London and Harley Street where we can meet conveniently, confidentially and comfortably.

I am also a qualified mediator. When couples separate and finances, living arrangements and children are at stake, it can take six to eighteen months to resolve matters in court. A course of mediation can often achieve a resolution in a matter of weeks or a few months and at a fraction of the cost. Even more importantly a mediated solution allows you some control and say in how you want to proceed, this can really help when moving on.
