Would you feel confident enough to talk to your child about mental health issues?

The campaign group, Time to Change is encouraging fathers to speak up about their own emotions, so their children can be open in return.

More than half of teenage boys going through mental health problems 'put on a brave face', and more than a third say they wouldn't want to burden their dad by talking about their feelings.

Among those supporting the idea are Jonny Benjamin and his dad Michael. Two years ago Jonny started a social media campaign to find the man, Neil, who talked him out of taking his own life. This is their story.
