About me

We come to therapy for a reason. We want to change something, in ourselves, or in our experience of life. We need some help. Sometimes we’re feeling depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, we’re perhaps grieving, or finding something is missing, but we just don’t know what it is, so perhaps we try to fill the gap in ways that are not working. To understand ourselves and search with the light of awareness, to be still and discover what emerges, to look at our patterns and see where we might want to adjust our responses, these are all ways in which our daily experience of living can be enhanced and enriched.

I am trained in Counselling and in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. I have additional training from Cruse Bereavement Care for grief issues. I completed the Addictions Therapy Certificate with Change Grow Live, and I have recently been learning with Bromley Women’s Aid about coercive control in relationships. Above all, I am a human being just like you. I offer a safe space and a nurturing relationship to facilitate your exploration.

I have a breadth of experience, working with people who want to address depression, anxiety, addiction, bereavement, relationship difficulties and some of us don’t know what it is yet, but we will find out.
