I am passionate about helping people to explore what may be blocking happiness and wellbeing and to support you as you embark on your journey to make sense of your thoughts and feelings or to understand the impact of current or past events. I believe the key to overcoming emotional problems and the damaging effects of past hurts lies within the quality of the therapeutic relationship, which we will build together in a safe and confidential environment. I listen with empathy, understanding and acceptance to support you towards experiencing stronger mental health. Person-centred and non-judgmental in my approach, I work in a humanistic way, integrating psychodynamic and TA theory with practical goal-setting where appropriate. I work within an ethical framework and am a member of BACP. I’m a qualified Coach and an experienced mentor and trainer.
