About me

I am an integrative counsellor with a relaxed yet professional approach, I can provide a safe and confidential space for you to speak about what is going on in your world and how you fit into that world. You might want someone to speak to about concerns in your life, or you might want to explore your mental health and wellbeing. Whatever it is you want to speak about I am here to listen without any judgments. You are you, and you are the best at being you.

My counselling approach is adaptable to your needs and you have the time and space to explore what works best for you. We can work with a focus on what’s happening for you in the now, what has happened in the past or even creatively using artwork.

Its ok not to be ok, and its ok asking for help. I work with any client who is seeking help, I have further experience working with primary school children and young adults, bereavement and counselling those who want to explore their identity, whether that’s discussing who they are in this changing world through to those who want to discuss their sexuality and if that might be changing. Our individuality is what makes us who we are and I embrace differences and diversity. I have worked with clients from many ethnic, social and cultural backgrounds ranging from ages 7 – 90+ no matter who you are, what you have experienced or what’s happening for you at the moment I am here to listen and provide you with therapeutic support.
