Payment for Products & Services
Novoteam Ltd is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Continuity of therapy is very important and Novoteam Ltd is committed to providing you with a regular weekly session at the same time in the same location. This is a reciprocal commitment between you and your therapist, where your commitment to your sessions matches your therapist’s commitment. If you are unable to attend your session the following terms apply:
- Clients will inform your therapist or the Novo Counselling appointments team as soon as possible; it may be possible to provide you with an alternative session close to your regular session and avoid a cancellation.
- Planned absence, with 7 or more days’ notice, will be charged at 50% of the normal fee.
- Absence with less than 7 days’ notice, will be charged at the full fee.
- If your therapist is unable to attend a session, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and you will not be charged.
No refunds are available for completed services. Unused, pre-paid and retainer-based services may be eligible for a refund depending on the agreement between you and Novoteam Ltd.
Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds. Refunds are only available when an equivalent replacement is unavailable and the client does not wish to exchange for another product
Books, DVD’s, Posters
May be returned within 14 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged. Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds. Refunds are only available when an equivalent replacement in unavailable and customer does not wish to exchange for another product.
Digital Products (Audio, Video, E-Book downloads)
These products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Should your file be defective or damaged upon arrival please contact the appropriate division of Novoteam Ltd where you purchased the product and we will arrange for a copy of the file to be re-sent. Should you be dissatisfied with the quality or content of the file, we would be happy to hear your feedback. Please contact the appropriate division of the company.
